Young Money's Jae Millz is the latest artist to team up with Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes for its REMIXtape Contest, for which submissions are being accepted through July 15, 2011. The REMIXtape Contest gives independent artists the opportunity to win a feature from Jae Millz for promotional use, and to have the REMIX song appear on Jae Millz forthcoming mixtape with Coast 2 Coast.
The REMIXtape Contest also affords the winner a $1,000 cash prize; a trip to Miami to perform with Jae Millz at the Coast 2 Coast Industry Mixer; full video coverage of the Miami trip with viral videos; an artist imaging and branding package (including clothing, styling, etc.); 5,000 free spins from Jango Airplay; and other prizes from Coast 2 Coast sponsors. Additionally, the top ten runners up in the competition will receive a spot on a Coast 2 Coast Mixtape hosted by a major artist, listing in all official post-contest press outlets, and a mention in the blog post and Coast 2 Coast Magazine article recapping the REMIXtape Contest.
