As expected the White House has responded to Jay-Z's 'Open Letter'. Press Secretary Jay Carney was asked by Olivia Pope his thoughts on HOV's lyrics "Obama said chill, you gonna get me impeached", referenced to his recent anniversary trip to Cuba.
